2. Data we collect
Contact forms: first name, last name, email, organization, country, phone and project details. Newsletter: email, optional name and language. Complaints Book: the data required by regulation.
3. Purpose
To answer inquiries, prepare proposals, send the newsletter to those who requested it, handle complaints and improve the site.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, the pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and compliance with legal obligations such as the Complaints Book.
5. Retention

6. Recipients and transfers
Providers that help us operate: hosting, email, Mailchimp for the newsletter, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, only if you accept. Some may be located outside Peru; in that case we apply the safeguards the law requires.
